Dog hugs in springtime....what could be better? The bees are buzzing, flowers blooming and LOVE IS IN THE AIR! This piece was painted on a repurposed cabinet door with genuine crushed gemstone pigments. I used a lot of Rhodonite (the stone symbolizing the heart, love and emotional healing. I also used Hematite - a stone of protection and grounding). I also use iridescent pigments as well as holographic elements that make this painting SPARKLE and SHINE in the light.
